Many thanks to those of you who were able to join yesterday’s information session on network models and the transition to CFN. As many of you have said, understanding the ideas underlying the network structure and the operational realities network teams face is critical to achieving our goals.
Log in to ARIS to access the following resources, which can help us continue to learn about and improve the support we provide to networks:
· Presentation from yesterday’s session.
· CFN job responsibility matrices, which Johannah mentioned in her presentation yesterday. Whether or not you were able to join the session, we encourage you to look through the matrices -- they're a useful introduction to the operational support all networks will be providing to schools beginning in June.
· DAAR Communication Guidelines and & Processes, a guide written to help us plan and communicate our rollouts and communications in a way that positions networks to support them.
